A local organic foods chef, Stephanos Koullias is organizing another cooking class at Sai Organics. This will be more than just food preparation--the day will take you to LIC farmer's market where you'll shop for ingredients and then bring them back to Sai, where you'll cap off the day by enjoying your creations with others. Koullias' style is organic (pun indended) and you won't follow any rigid recipes. Techniques will flow freely and are open to your creative culinary interpretations.
When: Saturday, September 13th from 2p - 6p

Cost: $60 for 1 ticket or $110 for 2 tickets (a portion of the proceeds will benefit the city's greenmarkets).
