I'm Back - And the Honeymoon is Not Over

Hi Readers,

As you might know, I've been out of the country for the past 2 and a half weeks, travelling with my new hubby, Dan. We explored several parts of Europe such as my home country of Slovakia as well as the beautiful Canary Islands, off the coast of Spain and Morocco. We also stayed in Spain for a bit but unfortunately not long enough. Isn't that always the problem with vacations? They're never long enough.

I'm thrilled to be back and to share with you my many delicious adventures. In the next week, I'll bring you some of my local updates as well as a sprinkling of my travel adventures. I hope that you enjoy them.

And lastly, I want to thank my guest Foodista Vicky for holding down the fort while I was away. She did an amazing job with keeping Astoria abreast of the latest and greatest food happenings. Thanks Vicky--you're the best cousin, friend and Foodista :)
