To sum it up, Bistro 33 is having an amateur cooking contest and everyone is invited. The details are still sketchy but this is what I know so far.
Bistro 33's First Best Dish Battle Event
How to Enter - Submit a recipe for your best dish by April 24th, 2009. The three winning recipes will cook off at Bistro 33, with the crowd and a few guest judges deciding the winner.
The date of the event is still TBD.
The winner will receive "culinary gifts" and local stardom.
