Local Celebrity Gives Online Cooking Lessons

I received news about a cooking podcast from Zora O'Neill, who I regard as a local celebrity. She knows all there is to know about about cooking and co-hosts a popular supper club in Astoria called Sunday Night Dinner along with her friend and business partner, Tamara Reynolds. They're about to come out with their F-ing Delicious cookbook in October, which focuses on their many recipes they created throughout their Sunday night adventures. I can't wait to get it!

But back to the subject at hand, which is Zora's cooking podcast. You can check it out on www.cookinginrealtime.com, which focuses on just what its name suggests--real cooking, in real time. Zora reviews strategies for multitasking in the kitchen, as well as cooking terminology and how to make recipes more home-kitchen friendly.

The latest episode is about Pad Thai--yum!

You can subscribe to Zora's podcast here or on itunes. Enjoy and I hope that it's a good resource for you.
