Bistro 33 Revises their Menu

Back in March, I mentioned Bistro 33's menu change to a tapas-style offering. While this is still the case, there have been some changes made to accommodate some of us that like traditional, individually plated entrees. The new additions include:

Starters:
Blue Cheese Walnut Salad - Candied walnuts, Stilton blue cheese, tomato, carrot, onion, raspberry vinaigrette

Crispy Duck Confit Salad - Duck leg, mixed greens, poached apricots, toasted almonds, citrus vinaigrette

Goat Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomato, Basil Flatbread

Entrees:
Katsu Pork Chop - Panko breaded pork chop, garlic mashed potatoes, green apple-wasabi brulee

Salmon Burger - Salmon filet, lettuce, tomato, cucumber sweet-chili relish, fries

Black Angus Beef Burger - Bacon, gruyere cheese, lettuce tomato, red onion, fries

Rack of Lamb - Shiso spatzle, red wine sauce

Chicken Grand Mere - Half chicken, potato, mushrooms, bacon
