Guest Chef at Bistro 33 - This Thursday

This Thursday, September 24th, Bistro 33 will be featuring a special guest chef from Hell Gate Social, Chef George Rallis. Offering a 5-course prix-fixe, Chef Rallis will cook up an exciting combination of comfort food and Japanese cuisine, infused with creativity. The menu includes:

Popcorn - Sweetbread, brown butter, capers, yuzu aioli
Tuna Martini - Tuna, avocado, Japanese pickle, Kirby cucumber, caviar & wasabi-yuzu-soy sauce
Sandwich - Duck confit, wild mushroom bread pudding
Salmon Tartare - Sweet shallots, black summer truffles
Sweet - Devil's food cake, peanut butter mousse, chocolate ganache


Thursday, September 24th
$55 per person
Reservations available at 7:00 p.m. or 9:30 p.m.

And if you're in the mood for more sweets, check out Bistro 33's new ice cream parlor called Side Door (located around the corner from the restaurant). They serve creamy, old fashioned ice cream, fudgy brownies, root beer floats and nostalgic penny candy.
