Trattoria El Greco - The Latest Scoop

My mission to stalk the opening of Trattoria El Greco continues.  I walked by yesterday and couldn't believe that it's still in progress. However...they have the menu posted, which is exciting.  I hope that means an opening is in store.  Here's the menu - prepare to salivate!
