The opening of this new "boutique steakhouse" has recently been brought to my attention by Meg, who scoped it out while walking around the nabe. There's been a lot of chatter about it in the last week or so, and now we can all see what it's about, as it's officially open.
Run by the folks that also own Studio Square (notice its close proximity to the beer garden) as well Cavo, S Prime looks to be a lush, high-class, high-priced-ticket joint, fit for special occasions. I personally really enjoy a good steakhouse and am willing and excited to check it out. In the meantime, here's a peek at a few items on their menu.
