Now that the holidays are over, we're finding our calendars to be much more open to take advantage of new and interesting neighborhood doings. I recently heard about Latin Jazz night at Astor Room that really intrigued me, sounding a little old fashioned and sexy--definitely not your ordinary Wednesday. Here's what you can expect if you go this Wednesday, which you can do either for just drinks or a formal dinner:

If you'd like to sit at the bar, there's a $15 cover and a 1 drink minimum
