Happy St. Paddy's Day, Astoria. Hope everyone is recovering from a rowdy evening, and is ready for another dose of fun (and beer) today. SingleCut's taproom opens at 1:00 p.m. today and if you stick around for a bit, you'll catch some fun live music on their "AV Stage" from opening to 8ish., featuring the Homesick Houndogs. Sugarfreak - For something a little different (and a bit more tame), visit this New Orleans' staple, which will feature some fun Irish specials just for today. Come ready to taste green mac 'n cheese, corn beef and cabbage ($5) and Bailey's bread pudding ($4).
